Rees Jones, Inc.
Rees Jones founded the golf course design firm of Rees Jones, Inc., located in his hometown of Montclair, New Jersey in 1974. He has created a design team over the years with golf course architects Greg Muirhead, Steve Weisser and Bryce Swanson, who together have 160 years of experience and whose work includes more than 270 courses.

We customize the design and supervise the construction of new layouts for private clubs, resorts, real estate communities and public facilities in the U.S. and worldwide. We also restore and renovate existing courses.

The company offers a full range of services to help each client achieve notable success by providing an outstanding final product that is completed on schedule and within the client's budget.

The Company
The Design Team
Rees Jones has designed, renovated or restored more than 270 golf courses in his career and has been awarded the Donald Ross Award, the Old Tom Morris Award and the Don A. Rossi Award.
Greg Muirhead joined Rees Jones, Inc. in 1984 and has been involved in the design or renovation of over 60 golf courses throughout North and South America, as well as Asia. Greg has co-designed three courses named "Best New" by Golf Digest magazine.
Steve has been involved in the design or renovation of over 55 major golf course projects internationally. A seasoned problem-solver, he has a knack for making creative solutions on-site.
Bryce was named as one of the golf’s 40 most influential people under 40 years old by Golf Magazine. He has designed/renovated over 50 municipal, resort or private facilities throughout the U.S., Mexico, Asia, Bahamas and the Dominican Republic.
