Client Course Description

The design philosophy of Rees Jones is to create courses that are fair, challenging, continually interesting to play, and visually exciting. At Totteridge, Jones succeeded in fulfilling his design commitment totally. As his first endeavor in western PA, the 18-hole, links-style layout takes full advantage of the rolling hills and breathtaking vistas. Elevated tee boxes, natural fairway mounding, selective bunkering, and fast greens provide an enjoyable challenge. Totteridge may be best remembered for great golf and its open, links style golf in gently rolling hills and vistas.

Designer Notes

This course traverses 200 acres of dramatic hills and valleys, providing sweeping views of the western Pennsylvania countryside. A mix of textures in the landscape provides definition for the holes.
